These terms are legally binding agreements between us. By registering on our platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

If you are under the age of 18 years you must be assisted by and have the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By registering you confirm that you have been assisted by your parent/guardian and they have consented to your registration on the site and payment for the courses.

Enrolling on ISWB Digital

Once you have registered on the platform, the student will be invited to join a Google Classroom set up by the tutor. All worksheets, videos, voice overs, assignments and projects will be published in Google Classroom. Students will submit their work via this platform. The course is divided into 10 months (36 weeks).

The tutor may give access to parents/guardians to join the Classroom. However, this will be restricted for observation purposes only, and only with consent of the tutor.

Monthly reports will be provided by the Head of Admin informing parents/guardians of the student’s progress.

When you register on ISWB Digital, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Full names;
  • Cell phone number;
  • Email address

The information you provide must be accurate and complete. You may not impersonate anyone else, choose offensive names or violate anyone’s rights.

By registering, and providing your email account, you confirm that you have the consent of your parent/guardian to do so. You will be invited to join your Classrooms once the registration fee and first instalment have been paid.

Fees and payment

Once you completed the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation email, stating your course and the subjects you have chosen. Once you responded, you will be mailed an invoice. You have three options of payment: once off; two instalments; three instalments.

Once you have paid registration, you have one month to cancel your course. However, you will be liable to pay the first four months in full. No cancellation will be accepted after four months. The client will be held accountable for the entire payment.

Our fees exclude textbooks, and the external exam cost. However, all internal exams are included in the price. Please note that all external exams must be written at the ISWB exam centre.

If payment is not received as agreed, you will be removed from the Classroom.

All courses are conducted on Google Classroom and are selected online.

You will receive an invite to each subject Classroom after payment has been received. Classes commence on 18 January 2022.

Students are assisted to help make the right choice. They are also advised on how to make subject choices that will allow them a valid school leaver’s certificate, as well as guidance to which course to follow for exemption to university. However, the final decision is the responsibility of the student and parent/guardian.

Google Classroom

All work will be provided on a weekly basis via Google Classroom. It is imperative that you stick to due dates. If you cannot adhere to the prescribed time, it is your responsibility to communicate this to the tutor. Should you ignore due dates, you could forfeit the marks for that worksheet/assignment.

You will receive feedback, weekly if necessary, in the form of a video, voice note, written, or any other means the tutor deems useful. Monthly reports documenting your progress, will be mailed to your parents.

One Zoom lesson will be scheduled per subject per week. This will be in a set time slot and the tutor will communicate the procedures of the lesson to you.

At least one internal exam will be conducted per year. This exam can be written either at the ISWB exam centre, at a registered tutor centre or online. This exam will be set and marked by the tutor. The student will receive a report at the end of each term.
